I think you have one too many T's. Remember this is now a split system. Figure out which port is for the front and back, then route lines to a tee at the front for both sides, and back to the tee at the axle. I would use a pair of residual pressure check valves too 10# for drums, 2# for disc. Not sure if you got a proportioning valve from the vendor, but it's a good idea to put an adjustable one on the line to the rear axle.
