Main journals are the same size, rod journals are 2.000 (250) and 2.100 (292). Stroke is 3.53 vs 4.12. Also, the balance on the stock 292 crank is horrible, and requires grinding off 15-20 lbs of metal to be able to turn high rpm. I think you could make it work, but you would be better off starting with the tall deck 292 block.
