Sorry, I thought the question was is it worth having the radio in his truck fixed. A schematic can be had for $5.00 with a google search on the radio name. It will tell you what the voltage should be on the pins of the tubes. Truckernix sounds like this isn't his first rodeo with a tube type radio. He can point you in the right direction. Good luck.
