I agree with Devin. However with gas near $4 a gallon I would go with a 350. Parts are cheap, it'll fit, and with the reduced work of not having to do a lot of fabrication you could hassle with a EFI which would help your gas mileage.
But if your goal is to keep it stock go for it Buddy!
