I am working on making the speaker grill hinge down to give me another glove box like area in my 53. I hope to put a new radio in there and still have some cd storage. Back to the cup holder. I think I can adapt the ashtray to a cup holder. Maybe use a hole saw to cut out hardwood for the holder. Anyway if it works out I will post the results. I have an extra to play with.
