I purchased one of those 44 cent holders. It didn't fit my cup and bounced around spilling coffee everytime I hit a bump. So what I did was got a piece of heavy wall PVC pipe, cut a line down one side then using a heat gun I flattened it out. Once it cooled I marked a 3/4 inch wide cross. I cut that out and using the heat gun heated one section at a time forming it to fit my cup exactly. After some sanding I painted it to match the interior. I used a bolt and a wing nut to attach it to the bottom of the dash. It works great, and looks pretty darn good as well.
