Engine has been converted to 12 volts. Putting in more gas with choke doesn't help, just makes engine want to flood out. When you get it in fourth gear it will run okay at steady speed, but when you slowly accelrate it will start bogging down? I am wondering to look in ingnition circuit or carb??
