| | | | Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 121 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 121 | i just got done welding my toe board in on my truck i used a 1/16 gap. be sure to let it coll as you go and stich in like the other guys said. mine warped i used to long of stitches. good luck
