HI GUYS. 1ST TIMER HERE. A MECHANIC PAL IS PUTTING A COMPLETELY REBUILT 1962 STOVEBOLT 261 IN MY 1940 CHEV HALF TON. It'll have a 3:55 rearend. My question is ,will the gearing in the original 4 speed tranny be too low for this set up ?? I kept the original 216. Truck is original other than these changes and 12 volt. Thanks,jim
