54TOW - I don't think the amount of water absorbed by the deathanol is detrimental to the burning of fuel in the engine. If anything, it probably helps (more oxygen).

I have read articles that the absorbed water is an issue in increasing the corrosiveness of the deathanol, but no first-hand testing, so take it for what it is worth.
