well, I've read all the posts on using a 235 with a stand -- I have a 1/2 ton T and that clearly seems too risky -- have any of you used a cherry picker or hoist to work on your 235? I have a 2 ton hoist that manages the engine no problem; now with the head off it will be even better and more stable -- if any of you have used a hoist in this way, did you use a specific grade of bolt for mounting? I am going to make the wooden stand this weekend too, but I am afraid that the engine is locked to a point where I might have to work from the bottom up -- ideas??
