You will need a new floor cover without a shifter doghouse in it. You will also need to change the U-Joint on the drive shaft if you are keeping the original rear end. It will bolt right up on the engine side. I believe there is a pin on the bellhousing on some of the 3 speed trucks that is missing on 4 speed trucks.
