Rico,
Since you are running a 3/4 ton, what are you planning on hauling? In reading the posts here, the MII front end is pretty light for doing much heavy work. The benefit that I see is the MII is easier.
Not sure if you have done so, but do a search on both. There is much to be read about on here for both.
