I hooked up the vacuum line for my wipers to my double action fule pump and it sits there going "tweet,tweet,tweet" as the engine idles. I didn't bother to check the operation of the wipers since this really didn't sound right to me. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this means the vacuum part of the pump is bad or does it need to be rebuilt or if it just needs some lubercation or what? Any info would be helpful.
