| | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,377 Ex Hall Monitor | | Ex Hall Monitor Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,377 | They're NiCad batteries but the manual says it has a "smart charger" you're supposed to leave the battery on the charger & after a certain period of time it automatically balances the individual cells within the battery pack. It says the reason the battery packs don't charge fully is when one cell is fully charged, even when the rest aren't, a normal charger stops charging. We'll find out how well it works.
