They used to be Ohio Valley Speedometer Supply, and changed the name when they started rebuilding automotive computers, etc. They repair just about any small electro-mechanical device, plus rebuilding speedo heads, gas gages, etc. I don't have a current email or phone number, but a web search should come up with something.
