Yes, 140 was the horsepower. It is a 235, and should be a hydraulic cam engine. Generally speaking, solid (truck) vs. hydraulic (passenger) lifters is the main difference, depending on year. Some years, an automatic equipped car would have a different cam and a bit higher compression for more power to make up for losses in the trans. Otherwise, they are essentially the same.
