Try going to a farm CO-OP that does tires or a tire shop that does a lot of farm equipment . In many cases they will be able to do split rims IF you buy the tires from them ( they just don't advertise the fact ) . That's how I got mine done . Most of the new fancy tires stores don't have a cage to use and don't have people that would know how to deal with them safely.
