As long as you have tube type tires, you will have to use this type of rim. An 8.25 rim width can accommodate up to 10.00x20 tires. Tubeless rims are one piece drop center, but you will have to buy all new tires and wheels. Despite what you hear, there are still people who change tube type tires. If you look at container trailers, they still use tube type 10.00x20 bias tires with the same lock ring that you have. They are spoke, Dayton, Erie, Webb or what ever you want to call them, but they are still produced today. If they were as dangerous as people play them up to be, rims for tube type tires would no longer be produced.
