My current flatbed trailer is an 18 footer. Its too big to get into some places and too small to haul some loads.

My conclusion is that I need a 20 footer and a 16 footer. And a longer three axle goose neck. With four trailers in the stable I'd be more likely to have the right one on hand.

In addition to the 18 footer I own a pickup bed trailer and am currently storing a friends 8 foot utility trailer. There really are times when any one of the three makes most sense, and I could not argue just one size is always going to be best.
