I bought a $10 dollar 4 1/2 grinder 5 years ago, expected it to last long enough for me to save up the money for something good. 5 yrs later and countless jobs it still going strong. Will I buy another one when this one finally goes south, probably. Will I buy a screwdriver, probably not. There are bargains and then there are just plain cheap tools. we are all free to shop where we want and for me it just makes since to shop around and compare the price/quality against my expectation for the tool.
