For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 564 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 564 | My gas tank is leaking a bit in my '62. I could have it professionally sealed and put it back in, or I was thinking of getting a larger capacity tank and putting it in. I'm going to move the spare tire to the inside of the cargo area, on a bracket welded to the driver's side wall. I'm going to cut storage compartment into the passenger side wall, with a factory looking door/access cover, and store a modern truck's jack kit in there. this opens up the space under the cargo floor for a bigger gas tank.
What has everyone used?
