The GM specs list the height of the chassis etc. but I don't think that they give you deflection under static load. If it were me, I would be looking to set them so that the drag link is horizontal when they are finished. That is the best possible outcome for proper steering operation. There are some that say re-arching doesn't last so you hace to think about that too.
