Actually, Jim Carter has new ones for about $250.00 (3 core) and $370.00 (4 core). I haven't priced a recore job. One thing to consider if you go that route is that you still have 50 (+) year old tanks that way. I've seen the repros, unless your going to Pebble Beach they look ok. I'm just trying to decide between 3 or 4 core. I use a short shaft water pump on the '58 235 (in my '49) with a pusher fan in front of the radiator so I've got a little extra room in front of the engine for a little more radiator. What I'd like to hear is how well somebody's truck runs with a new 3 core (or 4 core) compared with the old radiator. Something like "it runs twenty degrees cooler" or "didn't do squat". would be helpful.

Thanks,
Stingray
