I have a 235 with a T-10 4 speed and a 3.42 rear. For now, I just use my truck around town and it's great (under 60). But if I were to do much highway driving, I would probably go with the 3.08 rear if you want to keep the 4 speed. I'm looking for a 5 speed to run with my 3.42. (best of both worlds I hope).
