Well, I called my NAPA dude today and he's going to have a rebuild kit for a Ranco model H13 for me tomorrow... the ones on the AD are model H11. It's the same NAPA part number as mentioned in the link to the repair above which mentions something to the effect that the parts may be interchangeable. For $10 I'm willing to take the chance.
I'll report back when I have more info.
