Yes, I used the engine lift to hoist it off the frame, I put a center groove in the 4x4 then I strapped it down with a tie down strap, I probably went a little overboard with the saftey procedures but thought it might be better than going to the hospital or having the lift slip off the board and having additional body work to do.
