| | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,953 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,953 | I want to replace the lever shocks on a 49 with tubular type and have taken the mounts from a 53 frame and made a fairly accurate template of where to mount the brackets on the 49 frame.
How 'bang-on' does this template need to be. If I am off a 1/2" or so will it make a difference to the shock performance? | | |
