What you should have is one of these, http://www.flickr.com/photos/26014986@N07/2445813793/ The entire front end depends on it. Other than that I'm not sure if this is the part you mean. There is a lower panel that goes between the grill and radiator support.It has a hole for the starter handle. Is this what you require?
