So it looks like the big day will arrive this saturday...

1958GMCNut and BC52 are planning on coming over that morning for a work party so we can replace all the 36's brake lines in the hopes that they are the only issue causing the brakes to not work...

Has anyone ever replaced the brake lines on a '36 to'38 1/2 ton chevy pickup?

If so do you recommend cutting and bending your own brake lines or is it better to buy pre-cut pieces in varying lengths with connector/junction boxes to put a brake line system together?

Any hints or ideas that will make this job easier?
