"Apache" was the [marketing] name used for all light duty trucks [1/2T, 3/4T and 1T] from 1958 to I think 1966 - the heavier trucks were called Viking and the heaviest were Spartans - if your truck is a 1T or smaller, it's an Apache, but the name is meaningful only as an advertising gimmick of the day and has no relation to value
