So far the '60 235 motor has 100 miles and is running well. The only problem is the neoprene rear main seems to be leaking. No weird noises, runs smooth going down the road, good throttle respose.
I'm running Castrol 30WT, no filter. The oil pressure @ 800 RPM hot is 20 PSI. Above 1,000 RPM is 35-40 PSI. Sound about right?
Is it normal for a new engine to "puff" a little blue smoke when started?
