Tube type tires are fast becoming a thing of the past my Fire Dist. changed the tires on three of our older Engines and it had me in the Chief's office quite mad about the expenditure. Our Chief was quite surprised when I showed him that we could have bought new polished 22.5 Aluminum wheels and tires for about the same price.
