Is there enough room to replace the manifold gasket without completely removing the manifolds from the engine compartment. I was thinking that if I could get the manifold off the head studs on each end that I could remove the old gasket and replace the new one by just letting the manifold (with carb off) "rest" on the exhaust system and avoid pulling the whole thing out. Anybody tried this??? My engine is stock 216 in a 47 1/2 ton Chevy.
