Thanks for all the feedback!!! I ended up getting a new return hose fitting for the steering box and then purged the air as recommended above. So far it is working well!! I watch the pressure as you suggest Shopshark! Didn't realize there was that much difference in pressure. When you say you put three spacer washers in the pump control valve, how would I do that? Do they just go between the housing and the control valve, moving it out farther?
