Well,I need some suggestions!Been driving my '49 with a 235 on short trips after a complete restoration.I restored it back to original condition with the 6 volt system. You couldn't ask for it to crank any better when it is cool but after it gets hot it turns over very slowly. After it cools off some it cranks perfectly.New 750amp battery,generator shows charging,new cables,timing is right on the mark.Engine was completely rebuilt and runs good as was the starter. I need to get this little problem fixed but where to begin? Thanks,Chip
