Well, I'm pretty sure that there's not an obstruction in the lines since I pored some gas down the hose and then blew on the hose and when I checked the filter(which is new by the way) it had gas in it which was not previously there. Also, I filled the fuel pump up with gas and started the engine and I watched fuel come into the filter so the pump has to be good, so maybe something in the pump is blocked?
