About wheels, I agree with Grant, keep the right front wheel, look for a replacement for the left front.

If you want tubeless wheels and 22.5" tires you can buy new ones from Accuride, but a set of 6 adds up to a fair amount of money. They can be found used if you search for a while

If you already have everything you need to run the cast spoke "Dayton" wheels then that would be the cheapest option for tubeless wheels. 22.5" Dayton rims are easy to find used, and new they are around or just less than $100 each.
