I'd use whatever is lighter, which I suspect is the bolt-less rod. Pistons accelerate and de-celerate like mad; even a few grams of weight is major extra stress on the rods and rod bearings.
Yeah, I know, you're not building a race motor. ;-) But even in street driving, it's better to reduce the stress when you can.
