Y'all prolly should do a search using "radial tires" for your search words. There's been a ton of sometimes heated discorse about running modern radials on old wheels. I sent an e-mail to Coker and they recommend against it. There are a number here who are doing it without problems but you need to be aware that there is "some" evidence that it can cause a problem with wheel flex & rarely cracking.
