sounds like you have your tank pretty clean.
maybe your tank is a prime candidate for a tank sealer?, being your rust is very light.
cant hurt to double up on sealing those few pinholes from the inside that could come back an haunt ya later?, maybe the sealer would be a good thing for no worries later?
