WHO, ME ? Shop Shark W Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 1,154 No.California, Sierra foothill...	NO problem with over heating. I was told it was better for the heater core to keep the valve open all the time....OK.....Then I was told / read to close it for better cooling.....NOW...I will close it during Summer and once in awhile during Summer I will open the valve to keep the heater core from getting Gradoo inside..agreed? T/C Steve
