32fire2 Shop Shark 3 Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 641 north west	i think it depends on the paint i got some napa spray can for a motor bike and gas wouldnt melt it painted my sons car added a hardner its gas proof but yes some paint gas will melt or dull the finish
