Better to get the paint etc. done first;my downfall is always that I'll do a quick-connect to hear it run,it sounds good so then it's "Well,what if I just hook up some steering,a radiator,heck-I could DRIVE it tonight!!" but that's not enough,so I hang the front sheetmetal,wire the lights to keep it somewhere close to legal,set the hood on it to keep the weather out,and take it for a spin. And that's where the rebuild ends and the "Drive the wheels offa it" begins. Yeah-better to do it all the right way,in the right order...;=D
