Those would be multi piece rims, split rims are a certain style where the rim is actually split .
The 19.5 inch modern rims found on large vans like UPS and big breadtrucks will bolt on I believe.You must use radial tires on those, they are a low profile that looks a little dumb on a large truck but might look ok on yours.I see them with tires mounted for reasonable prices in truck trade magazines and even on Ebay.
Two or three piece rims are safe if in good shape, no mismatched parts or rust. I mounted hundreds of them. Tire shops don't want to handle them because they are lazy. Look in your yellow pages for mobile tire truck repair. There is always a guy will will come to your house to mount new tires on those killer wheels.Around here a guy will charge 25 bucks to dismount and mount a new tire.
