I think for those, you're stuck with the split-rims, especially since my guess is that those are very narrow tires. My dad has a 1930 Fjord AA with 20" split-rim wheels, and we haven't had any problems. As long as they are in good shape and you have them mounted by a truck wheel shop that knows what they are doing, you shouldn't have any trouble.
