No, I didn't. I've changed out masters before, and I've bled them both ways (both bench, and after install). Bleeding after install takes a bit longer, for sure. If it is a bleeding issue, then the only thing that I can think of is that this particular master has a little pocket of air that it is holding onto that normally isn't there...
