The 1/4 inch wouldn't matter, but you would need to know the diameter of the rod. I think the 1/2 ton piece is too light for a 2 ton.
The 1 1/2 ton and 2 ton share the same forging number 3694921. The part will fit the 53 to 55 1st series trucks.
I'm sorry, but that is all the information I can find for you, and I have no experience with the big bolts.
