thanks stuart........im going to dig into it tomorrow morning...first time ive had this happen.......after i found the dead battery i put the new one in and once i made the battery connections the generator started turning....i didnt have the belt tight thank god.....because if it was tight i wouldnt have know it was the generator.....it kind of surprised me to see it turning once i connected the battery terminals.....
