I saw that on the website too and gave up on them. Went with another ins. co. for about $650/year. I was at the Goodguy's show here a couple of years ago and there was a booth that said "Classic Car Insurance" or something like that so my wife and I talked to the guy. He was an agent for Grundy's. I mentioned I didn't have a garage but did have a carport and our area is secure. He said he'd see if they would underwrite it, and they did.
So, I think you need to find an agent and go through him, not deal directly with Grundy on the web.
